薄くて肌触りがいいので、夏の日除けや、少し肌寒い時など、ロングシーズン 様々なシーンで重宝します。
冬から春にかけて沖縄の海に訪れるザトウクジラの中に、識別番号「R-8」通称「Z」と呼ばれるオスの個体がいます。沖縄とフィリピンの研究機関は、彼とその系群がフィリピンの海でも確認される同じグループであることを明らかにしました。系群ごとの行動範囲を把握することは、ザトウクジラの保全を進める上でとても重要です。今後さらに研究が進むことを陰ながら応援しています。
